On-premise consultation consisting of meetings with key holders in various aspects of the
service operations. A gap analysis will be performed based on templates that have developed
and refined for SaaS Service Management.
The gap analysis report will be delivered within three business days, presenting a 'report card'
of the service operation and highlighting areas for improvement and a proposal for corrective
actions.

Building / Improving Best Practices
Following the gap analysis report and recommendations, according to the findings and the
client’s priorities, implementation of any of the best practice(s) will be done.
This includes developing guidelines, customization of templates and workflows,
implementation of tools and coaching the service operations management.
